Avail Project Management is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead commercial real estate projects from initial planning through occupancy. • Review and interpret plans and specifications to ensure they meet client requirements.
• Lead weekly project meetings and ensure the project team remains focused on milestones.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and budgets, identifying risks before they impact the bottom line.
• Coordinate the RFP process, perform bid leveling, and assist the owner in finalizing vendor contracts.
• Align owner-direct vendors (IT, AV, Security, Furniture) with the General Contractor’s master schedule.
• Conduct site reviews and ensure documentation accurately reflects project status.
• Oversee move management and furniture disposition for the client.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering)
• 3–8 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably in an Owner’s Rep or GC capacity.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and financial tracking.
• Understanding of plans, specifications, and the RFP process.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word).
