President/CEO Michael Bogdan co-founded 'Karaoke for a Kause' and hosted its inaugural event in March 2023. K4K, as it's referred, brought together over 300 commercial real estate professionals for an evening of performances and philanthropy. Their first event raised over $25K for Bridges over Troubled Waters, a vital organization that helps Boston's homeless, runaway, and at-risk youth. This year's event was a smashing hit, raising over $30K for Bridges over Troubled Waters.
Since its inception, Avail Project Management has proudly supported the Merrimack Valley Food Bank and its mission. Each year, we provide donations to help serve over 70,000 deserving families in the Merrimack Valley. President / CEO Michael Bogdan currently sits on the Merrimack Valley Food Bank's Board of Directors and co-chairs the fundraising steering committee.
