Since 2019, we have provided expert project management services to clients in corporate, science and technology, industrial/manufacturing, non-profit, and institutional sectors.

From small renovations to large, complex developments, we oversee the entire process—from initial planning and design through construction and final closeout.

K4K, as it's referred, brought together over 300 commercial real estate professionals for an evening of performances and philanthropy. The event has raised over $50K for Bridges over Troubled Waters, a vital organization that helps Boston's homeless, runaway, and at-risk youth.
Since its inception, Avail Project Management has proudly supported the Merrimack Valley Food Bank and its mission. Each year, we provide donations to help serve over 70,000 deserving families in the Merrimack Valley. President / CEO Michael Bogdan sits on the Merrimack Valley Food Bank's Board of Directors and co-chairs the fundraising steering committee.
