We are an international project management firm headquartered in Lowell, Massachusetts.
Our founder, Michael Bogdan, started Avail Project Management in February 2019. Our clients range from corporate, technology, life sciences, industrial/manufacturing, non-profit, and higher education.
We manage the spectrum of projects ranging from small in size to the very large and complex.
Clients love us! The majority of our work comes from repeat clients because we manage teams effectively, control project costs and schedules, and deliver a great project from start to finish.
“We engaged Avail PM to manage a two-phase, in-place renovation of 60,000 sf spread across six floors. The scope of work included: budget management, coordination of all the moving parts (design, construction, equipment procurement, moving & storage, subs contracted directly by JSI, etc.), acting as the primary interface between us and the general contractor, and serving as a technical resource on all aspects of the project. Throughout the project, which included disruption by the COVID-19 pandemic, Avail PM guided us, looked out for our interests, and ensured that we met all timelines and made informed decisions”
- Alex Baker, COO, John Snow
