AXIS COMMUNICATIONS

Avail PM partnered with Axis Communications on the expansion and renovation of their North American headquarters in Chelmsford, MA. Executed across a four-phase fit-up within an fully occupied space, the project encompassed new finishes, updated lighting and modern furniture throughout the existing facility. The scope included an expanded main lobby, executive conference hub, private offices, collaboration areas, kitchen spaces, pantries and a state-of-the-art recording studio featuring a green screen wall.

A centerpiece of the project is the new employee cafeteria, which offers flexible seating options, multiple TVs, a game room and breakout areas. Specialty lighting features, high-performance acoustical panels and a custom wood slat living plant wall were integrated throughout to elevate the overall employee and visitor experience. By successfully managing complex phased construction in a live office environment, Avail PM built a trusted relationship that expanded into assisting Axis with their Axis Experience Centers (AECs) across North America.
