Avail PM partnered with Axis Communications to deliver their new South Florida Experience Center at 401 East Las Olas Boulevard. From the earliest stages, our team added value by guiding Axis through lease negotiations and securing more than six figures in savings by strategically reallocating costs to the landlord. Avail PM collaborated with IA Architects to develop an efficient design, then competitively bid the work to local construction management and tenant vendors. By leading weekly coordination meetings and maintaining a proactive approach, we kept the team aligned, met all key schedule deadlines, and kept the project within budget. The result was a seamless build-out that provided Axis with a state-of-the-art experience center.
