We successfully managed the relocation and build-out of a high-end downtown Boston law firm, delivering private offices, state-of-the-art conference rooms, a dedicated partner lounge and an executive boardroom. Leading an interdisciplinary project team, including the architect, general contractor, and specialized vendors, we maintained rigorous oversight to hit every budget milestone and a strict project deadline. A key focus was on acoustics, a critical element in a law firm setting. We worked closely with an acoustics engineer to implement solutions that ensured the highest level of privacy and confidentiality throughout the space.
