Avail managed two major workplace consolidation projects for Sonos in Boston, MA and Santa Barbara, CA. 

In Boston, Avail led the consolidation of two office floors into a single, high-efficiency space by developing innovative layout solutions to relocate specialized R&D and lab facilities to the third floor. Through proactive leadership, Avail engineered an eight-figure cost-reduction strategy aligning with their tenant improvement reimbursement without sacrificing the program or schedule.

Simultaneously, Avail managed the end-to-end transition for Sonos’ new 50,000-square-foot Santa Barbara headquarters, orchestrating the decommissioning and consolidation of two former 100,000-square-foot facilities.
