Avail PM played a pivotal role in helping Sonos consolidate two office floors into one at their Boston location. Collaborating closely with the Sonos team, Avail developed innovative solutions for the floor plan, facilitating the relocation of the R&D and lab spaces to the third floor. Through their leadership, Avail PM spearheaded an eight-figure cost-saving initiative, ensuring the program and schedule remained unaffected. The project was successfully completed on time and within budget in September 2024. In addition, Avail PM managed a 50,000-square-foot project in Santa Barbara, CA, overseeing the consolidation of two existing 100,000-square-foot office buildings into Sonos’ new 50,000-square-foot headquarters.
