MEP upgrades to an existing core and shell building to accommodate lab-ready tenants. On behalf of the building owner, Avail PM coordinated the design/engineering team and construction manager on providing new AHUs, EAHUs, chillers, boilers, PH neutralization system, and new electrical service. Avail PM worked with town officials to facilitate the building change of use.
