JCC of Greater Boston Winn family & wellness center

Interior renovation of a two-floor family center to create a new daycare and fitness facility. The new space includes a play area, kitchenette, restroom facilities and exercise studios. The project was completed during operating hours in an occupied building. Avail PM hired the furniture, IT/AV, security, and signage vendors direct for the client. We participated in weekly meetings to ensure the entire team stayed on schedule and within budget.
