New office build-out on the 22nd floor of the Prudential Tower. The scope included the complete demolition and construction of a new reception/waiting area, private offices, conference rooms, and employee café. Construction was paused when COVID-19 hit, we used this downtime to work on material procurement before remobilization which saved time on the back end. We relocated the client from the 15th floor after construction and coordinated the disposition of their old space. Avail PM managed the weekly project meetings with the landlord, client and project team leading up to construction and developed and managed the project budget and schedule.
