Emerald Expositions is headquartered out of San Jose, CA and needed a local resource to manage their new northeast office project in Framingham, MA. Avail PM was instrumental in finalizing the lease terms and sourcing project team members. Emerald Expositions had a tight budget and Avail PM identified ways to reuse existing walls, ceilings and MEP equipment to help save costs. Avail PM managed the weekly project meetings with the landlord and project team and finished the project on schedule and under budget. We coordinated and managed the relocation and disposition. After the Framingham build-out Avail PM was hired by Emerald Expositions to help with an additional relocation and construction project in Cincinnati, OH.
