Six-floor office renovation consisting of demolition; construction of new private offices, conference, phone, huddle and wellness rooms; and a new employee café. The project was completed while tenants occupied the floors above and below and was conducted in two three-floor phases. Avail PM coordinated and executed the internal moves, created floor plans for the relocated furniture and managed the weekly internal and external project meetings. The project was finished on schedule and within the target budget.
