Avail PM managed the consolidation of the client’s office onto half of the existing floor plate. The scope included complete demolition, construction of new private offices, conference rooms, breakroom space, bathrooms and locker rooms. The project was completed mostly normal hours with the client sitting in the adjacent space and with tenants above and below. Avail PM managed weekly project meetings with the landlord, client and project team leading up to construction and we developed and managed the project budget and schedule.
