Tyton Partners is a global knowledge sector expert transforming the educational ecosystem for the better. Tyton Partners selected Avail PM to coordinate the relocation and build out of their new office headquarters at 75 Federal Street in Boston, MA. The project included a complete demolition, new employee hub and collaboration area, conference rooms, huddle rooms, private offices, wellness room, and open office workstation area. The space featured new furniture and high end finishes throughout, along with new energy efficient HVAC & Lighting. 

We engaged Mike and the team at Avail PM to manage a turnkey build and move into our new, nearly 12,000-square-foot, space in Boston.  Our team had little experience with taking on a project of this size and knew we needed someone to be able to manage the various touchpoints involved with the project, develop a realistic and manageable budget and schedule, and provide guidance on additional resources for our space. Mike and Jamison were fantastic collaborators every step of the way, interfacing with the various points of contact across the project, and truly worked on our behalf, with our best interests in mind, to ensure the project’s success.  We would absolutely engage them again on any future work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for Project Management services!
