As a Project Manager at Avail PM, Azi has planned and executed the FF&E and relocation scopes for clients such as New Heritage Capital, Emerald Expositions, and Boston Fusion. She works with clients to develop a scope of work for IT, AV, security, signage, relocation, and disposition. Azi also develops RFPs (request for proposals), conducts walkthroughs, gathers, and levels pricing and scopes, and presents options to the client. In addition, she coordinates the delivery coordination and installation with the building landlord and construction team.

Azi has worked in many different areas of the industry including Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and as an Owners Project Manager. She is passionate about helping people and finds her work as an Owners Project Manager allows her to do this. On every project she helps reduce her client’s stress by taking control of the construction process and helping them navigate the unfamiliar waters. The greatest reward is the excitement clients have when moving into their new workplace.

Azi has always enjoyed working in construction because of the camaraderie built on every project. She loves building relationships with the owner, architect, general contractor, and vendors that continues beyond the job site!

Azi holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, as well as American Red Cross First Aid / CPR Training and OSHA 30-hr Construction Certification Training.  

Outside of work Azi is busy enjoying time with her husband, three daughters and their dog Max.
