Michael Bogdan is the President & CEO of Avail Project Management, where he leads the firm with a focus on delivering value-driven results through strong leadership, technical expertise, and disciplined execution. He works closely with clients and project teams to align budget, schedule, and design from concept through completion.

Mike is known for building high-performing teams and leading complex projects with clarity and accountability. With a background in construction management and estimating, he brings a strong technical lens to cost control, early budgeting, and value engineering—helping clients make informed decisions while maintaining design intent.

Under his leadership, Avail PM has delivered over 2.5 million square feet of corporate interiors across North America and expanded into new markets, including Miami.

Mike is actively involved in mentoring emerging professionals and giving back to the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Merrimack Valley Food Bank and co-founded Karaoke for a Kause, a Boston-based fundraiser supporting Bridge Over Troubled Waters.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family on Cape Cod, golfing, and following Boston sports.
