Mike’s greatest strength lies in building high-performing teams and empowering each member to excel, delivering exceptional value to Avail PM’s clients. His extensive experience in construction management and estimating has been instrumental in controlling rising project costs and identifying creative solutions to meet project goals.

Under Mike’s leadership, Avail PM has successfully delivered 1.5 million square feet of high-profile corporate projects both domestically and internationally. Most recently, he guided the firm’s expansion into the Miami market.

Mike is committed to mentoring the next generation of corporate real estate professionals, frequently speaking at colleges and universities. He is also passionate about giving back to the community, serving on the board of directors for the Merrimack Valley Food Bank and co-founding Karaoke for a Kause. Additionally, he is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association, CoreNet, Middlesex 3 Coalition, and other industry organizations.

In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family on Cape Cod and cheering on Boston sports teams.
