Mike’s greatest strength is creating high-functioning teams, getting the best out of each team member which creates tremendous value for Avail PM’s clients.

Years of extensive construction management and estimating experience has been invaluable in controlling rising project costs for clients.

Mike enjoys finding creative alternatives to meet project goals when challenges arise.

Under Mike’s guidance Avail PM has successfully completed projects ranging from top-tier corporate projects internationally as well as in the Boston area.

Prior to founding Avail PM, Mike spent over five years as a Senior Project Manager and Team leader for a top tier OPM firm in Boston where he developed strong relationships with local market resources.

He was also an Estimator and Project Manager for an award-winning construction management firm where he managed some of the company’s largest projects.

Mike started his career with Shawmut Design & Construction building Apple retail stores around the United States.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology as well as OSHA 30-hour Construction Certification training.

He spends his free time on Cape Cod with his family and enjoys supporting the Boston sports teams.

Mike also talks to local colleges and universities to help the upcoming generation become inspired to join the Corporate Real Estate industry.

Mike gives back to local communities through charitable donations and sit's on the board of directors for the Merrimack Valley Food Bank and has co-founded Karaoke for a Kause. Mike is a member of the Commerical Brokers Associatation, Cornet, Middlesex 3 Coalition, among other industry organizations.
