
Michael Hudner is a Senior Project Manager at Avail Project Management, where he leads some of the firm’s most complex projects with a steady, solutions-oriented approach. Known for his strong communication style and calm demeanor, Mike works closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure goals are clearly defined, properly coordinated, and aligned throughout the life of each project.
Mike is responsible for developing and soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for project team members, maintaining project budgets and schedules, and integrating outside vendors into the overall contractor schedule. His ability to keep teams organized and moving in the same direction helps drive successful outcomes for Avail’s clients.
Since joining Avail PM, Mike has supported and completed projects for nonprofit organizations such as Baypath Humane Society, GreenRoots, Merrimack Valley Food Bank, and EdVestors. He has also worked with clients in the technology sector, including Aware, IANS, and Dynatrace, and continues to support science and technology clients such as Evoloh, Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, and PIAB on projects both locally and nationally.
Michael graduated from Merrimack College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Sciences and Sustainability. He began his career at Clean Harbors as a Facility Planner and was promoted after 18 months to Strategic Project Manager.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife, Ashley, were married in August 2022 and welcomed their son, Jack, in September 2023 and their daughter, Sophie, in December 2025.
