Jamison supports the design, construction, and project execution across numerous projects within Avail PM’s project portfolio.

He assists clients in navigating the process of relocating and building out their new workspace, develops projects budgets and schedules, and works collaboratively with industry partners to maintain both on behalf of the client from pre-con through the course of construction.

Graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Jamison began his career as a Property Manager for two different management firms managing both commercial and residential properties. During his property management tenure, his role evolved into a construction management-based focus, managing and overseeing capital improvement projects across the portfolio which prompted him to make the transition into an OPM role.

Jamison has since been running point on the Axis Communications account building out high-tech Experience Centers in Albany, Chelmsford, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Washington DC, Fort Lauderdale, Dallas, Toronto, and Vancouver.

In his free time Jamison enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants and breweries, and avidly enjoys all things sports. 

Jamison and his wife Mariah recently got married in October 2022 and both look forward to growing their reputations within the commercial real estate industry.
