Jamison Kelley is a Senior Project Manager at Avail Project Management, where he supports the design, construction, and execution of projects across the firm’s diverse portfolio. He is known for his strong communication skills, technical understanding of the built environment, and ability to lead project teams with clarity and accountability from pre-construction through closeout.

Jamison works closely with clients to guide them through the process of relocating and building out new workspaces. He develops and manages project budgets and schedules while collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with client goals. His proactive approach and attention to detail help drive coordination across all parties and maintain project momentum throughout each phase.

With a solid technical foundation, Jamison brings a hands-on approach to reviewing project documentation, coordinating scopes, and identifying potential risks early. His ability to communicate complex project details in a clear and actionable way makes him a trusted partner to both clients and project teams.

Jamison began his career after graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He started as a Property Manager, overseeing both commercial and residential portfolios, where his role evolved into managing capital improvement and construction-focused projects. This experience ultimately led him to transition into an Owner’s Project Management role.

At Avail PM, Jamison has taken a leadership role on the Axis Communications account, managing the delivery of high-tech Experience Centers across multiple North American markets. Jamison has also led high-profile projects for firms such as Sonos, Klaviyo, Lightmatter, Merlin Labs, and Gupta Media. 

Outside of work, Jamison enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants and breweries, and following sports. He and his wife, Mariah, were married in October 2022 and look forward to continuing to grow their presence within the commercial real estate industry.
