Francisco brings over 20 years of experience in design, planning, development, construction and procurement across South Florida and other strategic markets including Latin America. 

Trained as an architect, Francisco founded and led an architectural firm that successfully delivered a wide range of commercial and multi-family projects throughout South Florida. He later partnered with real estate developers and investors to lead the acquisition, development and disposition strategies for investment properties. 

Starting in 2016, Francisco joined multinational real estate project owners to manage and deliver the design and construction of 10,000 to 100,000 square feet projects across the Americas. He excels at leading multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and FF&E vendors through collaboration, transparency and trust.  

In his free time, Francisco spends time with family and friends, traveling and enjoying Miami and South Florida’s culture and unparalleled quality of life.
