Sophie began her professional career as a property management and leasing intern while pursuing dual bachelor’s degrees in Management and Information Systems & Business Analytics from the University of New Hampshire. A natural leader, she served in the UNH Student Senate and founded the university’s Off-Campus Experience Club, building the organization from the ground up to help students successfully navigate community living. 

Sophie brings a strong foundation in project administration to the team. She supports projects from multiple angles, leveraging both her data-driven insights and strong interpersonal skills to streamline processes, solve complex problems and keep initiatives moving forward seamlessly. 

Her greatest strength is her ability to build relationships while staying highly organized. She enjoys bringing project stakeholders together, keeping projects moving forward and finding solutions when challenges arise. She is naturally curious, eager to learn and always willing to step in wherever she can. 

Outside of the office, she loves to travel, stay active, experiment with new recipes and cooking techniques and spend quality time with her friends and family.
