Steve brings a dynamic background in customer service, operations and team leadership to his role as a Project Coordinator at Avail. A recent graduate of Framingham State University with a degree in Business Management, Steve laid his construction foundation early as a four-year plumbing student at Greater Lowell Technical High School, gaining a practical understanding of building systems and construction trades. In his current role, Steve leverages a unique blend of business acumen and field exposure to support project teams through the entire construction lifecycle.

Known by colleagues as consistent, hardworking and highly adaptable, Steve has proven his natural leadership capabilities through his past experience in management, customer service and as a former collegiate football captain. He excels at driving team accountability, solving problems on the fly and maintaining strict organization in high-stress, fast-paced environments.

Outside the office, Steve stays active by working out, playing sports, writing and following local teams. He is a passionate supporter of 826 National, a youth writing nonprofit dedicated to developing literacy and creative writing skills in under-resourced communities.
