Suzanne D’Sa brings over 20 years of project management experience to Avail Project Management, leading complex office renovations, relocations and capital renewal projects. She began her career in the design-build construction industry before progressing through senior project management and leadership roles with the Canadian federal government, ultimately serving as a Director.

Throughout her career, Suzanne has led diverse project teams, overseen complex project portfolios and collaborated with senior executives to manage risk and improve operational efficiency. She takes a strategic, hands-on approach to problem-solving, keeping projects organized and on track through clear communication and effective coordination. Her expertise in change management and process improvement helps clients navigate complex decisions with confidence.

Suzanne is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting her teammates and helping others grow professionally. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, Canada and is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

Having recently relocated from Canada to the Boston area, Suzanne enjoys hiking and spending time with family, friends and her dog, Macy.
